Cashless
Payment by non-cash payment is made at the cash desk of any bank branch or from your card account in the Privatbank application. When choosing a non-cash payment method, delivery of the order is possible after receipt of funds in our current account. After placing the order, the manager will send you payment details by e-mail or messenger.
Card payment on the website
Payment of the order online by Visa or MasterCard bank card. Delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment. When placing an order on the website, you will be prompted to choose a payment method. In the column "Method of payment" you need to select "on the website: by card". After that, you will be redirected to the page of the secure payment system, where you will need to confirm the payment. Please note that only the client whose full name was entered on the website during the application process can receive the goods paid for by payment card, therefore, when receiving the order, you must have your passport with you.
Postpaid
Payment by cash or card when receiving the goods from the "Nova Poshta" courier or at "Nova Poshta" branches. Payment is made exclusively in the national currency, after checking the composition of the parcel. We draw your attention to the fact that upon receiving the parcel at the branch of the carrier company or from the courier and paying, you sign the act of acceptance and delivery, which confirms the fact that the parcel has been checked for compliance with your order, and also agrees with the appearance of the product, its packaging, and has no complaints against the online store and the carrier company.
Credit or installments
In our online store, you can arrange: payment in installments, credit or installments at various banks and financial companies, through the WAYFORPAY system. Only if this system is connected and working!
Card payment in a partner store
Payment of the order by Visa or MasterCard bank card in the partner's store. When placing an order on the website, you will be prompted to choose a payment method. In the column "Method of payment" you need to select "Card upon receipt". After that, you need to take your bank card with you to the store to pay for your order. Please note, check the product in the store before paying.
Cash at a partner store
Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods is possible in the partner's store. Payment is made exclusively in the national currency. To confirm payment, the partner store will issue you a check.
